For children aged 5-13 (includes years 7 & 8 at High School)
October Holiday programme: Monday 2nd October to Friday 6th October
"Survivor" is coming to Kids Alive for the week. The week will involve different activities so we can survive the week: From building shelters, making damper, floating boats and treasure hunts. There will also be team challenges and crafts
Morning (8:30 am – 12:00pm)
Afternoon (12:30 pm – 3:00 pm)
After care till 5.30 is available
Prices:
$20 per day ($50 per family – more than two children) - 8.30 am to 3.00 pm
$32.50 per day ($80.00 per family) from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
(If prebooked prior to Monday 17th April)
Half days available
If registrations received after Monday 17th - $25 per day

Funding Assistance
This programme has been approved by CYFS to be eligible for payment subsidies through WINZ. To receive a subsidy parents must apply to WINZ before the programme start date on the ‘Childcare Subsidy Form’ form. They do not backdate requests. Forms can be obtained by calling 0800 559 0099. You will be required to pay the balance, if any, on the first day of the programme, or the full amount if a subsidy is not given. Some assistance is also available from the Geraldine Family & Youth Trust. Please discuss this with the Manager.
Please Note:
Please ensure that your child is suitably dressed.
• All children must wear shoes to and from the Programme.
• Inform/Supply us with any medication that he/she may be taking.
• Inform us of any allergies
If your child is coming for the day, please have a bag containing:
• Morning Tea
• Lunch
• Spare change of clothes.
Afternoon will be provided for those staying on after 3.00 pm
Please DO NOT bring any electronic games, iPod, cell phones or similar to the holiday programme.
Holidays @ Kids Alive holds no liability for loss or damage to any item brought into the holiday programme.
A parent information sheet will be given out at registration – please read this carefully.
